Job title: Telesales Executive
Reporting to: Sales Head
Remuneration : 1,50,000 to 3,00,000 + Variables INR per annum (with scope of Promotion to sales Manager role in 1 year)
Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka

We are an Edutech Company focused on creating new age technology solutions in education industry. BrainGroom India Pvt Ltd is a partially owned subsidiary of the Singapore based parent company BrainGroom Pvt Ltd.
We are an online marketplace for educational & lifestyle classes for a plethora of categories of offline classes. We also have a wide offering of private label online classes conducted by Industry Experts.
Were currently under Facebook SheLeadsTech India mentorship program and Oracles Start-up Ecosystem.
Were a team of vibrant young go-getters from IITs, IIMs and NITs whod love more vigour, fervour and creativity in the team.
The Role :
We are looking for an enthusiastic Telesales Executive to contribute in generating sales for our company. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.
An effective telesales executive must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. They must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts.
The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.
A Day At Work :
Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
Answer questions about products or the company
Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
Enter and update customer information in the database
Take and process orders in an accurate manner
Handle grievances to preserve the companys reputation
Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role
Proven track record of successfully meeting sales preferably over the phone
Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
Excellent knowledge of English
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
High school diploma; BSc/BA will be a plus
