Startup Studio Manager

Unstuck Labs is inviting applications for a dynamic Startup Studio Director who will be at the helm of our startup studio operations. This pivotal role involves being the main point of contact for our startup cohorts, and orchestrating a variety of activities that are foundational to the success and impact of both Unstuck Labs and the startups we support.

Key Responsibilities:

Identifying promising startups and entrepreneurs whose vision aligns with our ethos, through diligent scouting and recruitment efforts.

• Attending startup-centric events to network, promote Unstuck Labs, and discover potential startups for our studio.
• Launching and managing startup cohorts, ensuring a seamless transition from recruitment to active engagement within our studio environment.
• Overseeing and coordinating the mentorship program, ensuring that the startups have access to experienced and beneficial mentorship throughout their journey with us.
• Facilitating weekly cohort sessions, fostering a conducive learning and growth environment, and ensuring the cohorts are on track towards achieving their milestones.
• Assisting startups with fundraising efforts, leveraging your network and resources to support their financial goals.
• Engaging in strategic business development to enhance Unstuck Labs' presence across the DMV region, and attract new clients and partners.
• Compensation Structure: Your compensation will comprise a Base Salary, Commission, and Bonus, targeting an annual payout of $100,000 or more, with the potential to escalate it further through performance bonuses.

Base: $60,000.
Commission: Starting at 3% - 6% as you hit defined milestones.
Bonus: Annual performance bonus of up to 15% of your base, contingent on achieving key performance indicators.

Location and Commitment:
The position is stationed at our office at 1700 N Moore St, Arlington VA, with the expectation of in-person collaboration for 3-4 days a week to nurture our local ecosystem.
