The Role

We are looking for someone to help us build our platform!

Some Key Responsibilities include:
• Identifying new sales leads; researching organizations and individuals to identify new customers
• Creating and executing sales pitches
• Contacting clients about the services offered
• Negotiating quotes and proposals
• Preparing sales contracts
• Managing company and client expectations
• Managing client accounts
• Building trust and long term relationships with customers
• Attending networking events, conferences and industry events



Requirement and Skills
• Experience of over 4-6 years in sales
• Demonstrated and proven sales results
• Strong communication
• Goal oriented and organized team leader
• Good with numbers
• Ability to solve problems creatively
• In depth knowledge of the industry and current events
• Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
• Excellent time management skills
• Self motivated and self directed
• Comfortable in both a leadership and team-player role
• Insatiable hunger to create an innovative platform, an attitude to always be willing to try and ready to fail forward
