Software Engineer/Game Developer

Job Description

Research trends in mobile video game design with an eye to incorporate advances and innovations in the field
Assisting in brainstorming concepts for current and future projects
Developing maps and scenarios for game
Developing user interface (menus and controls) concepts
Physics + Mechanics of the game
Improving upon existing prototype mobile game
Have experience with Unity
Participation in focus group and review sessions for creative design elements including (mock ups, wireframes, and storyboards)
Any other creative tasks that may arise

Qualifications:

Major in Game Development, Graphic or Animation Design
Strong skills on the Adobe Creative Suite, 3Ds Max, and Unity.
Must have experience with Unity or Unreal game engine
Proficiency in Illustrator and Photoshop is required.
Must have two years 2-D or 3-D modeling. Strong skill in texturing, UVW.
Experience with 2-D or 3-D mobile game development.
Exceptional oral communication skills
Creative ability and skills
Ability to coordinate multiple deadline-driven tasks

Experience:

Unity: 2 years (Required)
3D Studio Max, 3D modeling, texturing, UVW: 2 years (Required)
Mobile game development: 1 year (Required)
