The Role
We are in need of a highly confident full-time customer-oriented service representative to assist the customers of our growing online market(s). This opportunity includes both the possibility of work at home, or working on-site following successful completion of training.We will provide 1-3 weeks of paid training to prepare you to provide quality customer service to our members.
Responsibilities Includes:
-Manage large amounts of incoming calls.
-Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
-Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through -open and interactive communication.
-Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
