Responsibilities:

• Foundational Documents: Review and refine our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy to ensure both user protection and company compliance.
• Launch & Funding Strategy: Provide legal guidance through the complexities of launching our platform and navigating early-stage funding rounds.
• Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify and address potential legal loopholes, minimizing risks as we scale.
• Ongoing Legal Counsel: Serve as our go-to legal resource for matters ranging from contracts to intellectual property protection.

Qualifications:

• Startup Experience: A proven track record of advising early-stage companies, ideally in the tech or sharing economy sectors.
• Marketplace Expertise: Working knowledge of laws and regulations relevant to peer-to-peer rental and or tech platforms.
• Strategic Mindset: Ability to balance legal rigor with the need for agility and innovation in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Passion & Drive: Genuine excitement about disruptive technologies and a desire to be part of RentWorthy's journey.
