Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic Technical Lead with a keen interest in solutions architecture and business analysis to join our team. This role is crucial for someone who enjoys diving deep into both the technical and business sides of product development. You will be instrumental in defining project scopes, designing solutions, and leading our development teams through the successful delivery of an Enterprise SAAS product.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and implementation of project solutions, working closely with technical and design teams.
Act as the bridge between clients and the development team (5-7 members), ensuring clear communication of requirements and expectations.
Work with the dev team to come up with the optimial system design/architecture
Manage project timelines, sprints, and deliverables, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
Facilitate Quality Assurance (QA), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and production releases, maintaining high standards of quality.
Conduct regular progress reviews and setup demonstrations to stakeholders during key project milestones.
Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.

Ideal Candidate:

A quick learner with a strong ability to understand new technologies and business processes rapidly.
Excellent analytical skills, with a talent for identifying and solving complex business challenges.
Experience in solutions architecture, with a solid technical background (preferably MERN stack) to design and lead the development of enterprise SAAS products.
Experience in any cloud Infrastructure such as AWS/GCP/Azure.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams towards achieving project objectives.
