We are currently looking for an accomplished and versatile financial professional to fill the combined role of Controller/CFO. If retained you will be responsible for overseeing the financial accounting, corporate finance, and strategic financial management functions of the company. This role requires strong technical accoung skills, a comprehensive understanding of accounting principles, financial analysis, and corporate finance, as well as exceptional leadership and communication skills.

Function as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to the executive team, providing financial insights and guidance to support decision-making and drive the company's financial success.
Oversee the financial accounting operations, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Lead the preparation and analysis of financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and other financial reports, providing meaningful insights and recommendations to improve financial performance.
Develop and maintain financial models and analytical tools to support strategic planning, investment analysis, and capital allocation decisions.
Manage cash flow, treasury functions, and risk management activities to optimize liquidity, mitigate financial risks, and ensure efficient capital utilization.
Conduct financial analysis, feasibility studies, and cost-benefit analysis to evaluate investment opportunities and drive profitability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives, such as mergers and acquisitions, capital structuring, and business expansion.
Provide leadership and development to the finance and accounting team, fostering a culture of excellence, continuous improvement, and professional growth.
Coordinate and manage relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, financial institutions, and regulatory agencies.
Oversee financial compliance, ensuring adherence to internal controls, policies, and procedures.
Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance financial reporting efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA designation is strongly preferred.
Proven experience as a Controller or similar financial leadership role, preferably combined with CFO responsibilities.
In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, financial analysis, and corporate finance.
Strong business acumen and strategic mindset, with the ability to align financial goals with overall company objectives.
Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting techniques.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
Experience in corporate finance roles, such as capital structuring, investment analysis, and mergers and acquisitions.
Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, preferably within a high-growth organization.
Proficiency in financial systems and software applications.
