The Role

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential customers, and closing sales. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct telemarketing and warm calling to potential customers
  • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Utilize sales software to track leads, manage customer information, and generate reports
  • Conduct outbound calls to follow up on leads and schedule appointments
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products and services
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and strategies for growth
  • Meet or exceed sales targets on a consistent basis
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in sales or a related field is preferred
  • Fluency in Spanish is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Proficient in using sales software and other relevant tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong business development and negotiation skills
