Social Media Manager

About the role
We are looking for a Social Media Manager to develop strategies and engage new and existing audiences. Through analysis of customer trends and collaboration with internal and external content creators, you will build and manage social media campaigns with the goal of increasing brand awareness. Les Amis is the platform for human connection and we love to share about the value we bring to women through our social channels!

You will:

• Develop a robust social media strategy that increases engagement and attracts new followers across social channels
• Create and oversee a content calendar to solidify a consistent brand image
• Analyze key performance indicators and customer trends to plan for future social media posts
• Build impactful connections with the target audience
• Improve ROI through more consistently on-target messaging
• Partner with internal content creators, external social media influencers for content collaborations
• Create original and relevant content for our social networks (Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn), including static posts, short videos and stories.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar position, either in an agency, client, or your own project.
• Demonstrated experience in video editing with mobile applications .
• Strong understanding of social media trends and influencers, and experience in creating content that resonates with different audiences.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with experience in front of the camera to create interactive content.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
