The Role

ABOUT THE ROLE

Jacob & Co is seeking a dynamic Marketing Coordinator with experience in implementing and executing strategic marketing plans. The role involves overseeing all aspects of marketing projects, fostering collaboration with internal teams and external partners, and ensuring seamless execution of marketing functions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Understand the full scope of a project and work with internal employees and external partners to fully execute marketing projects with the support of the marketing team.
  • Manage day-to-day activities associated with all marketing functions of Jacob & Co. including but not limited to social media management, project management, cross-functional implementation, tracking, and reporting
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and the marketing team to assess upcoming projects, resources, timelines, roadmaps and deliverables
  • Work closely with the team in Riyadh and HQ marketing team in conceptualizing and designing marketing strategies and developing brand and marketing plans across the business to support key business growth initiatives
  • Aid in prioritizing multiple ongoing projects, including new product launches
  • Proactively collaborate with cross-functional teams such as sales and operations to execute marketing plans, generate sales, and build brand awareness
  • Communicate with internal and external partners about project progression
  • Establish trust and credibility among key internal teams and external partners
  • Maintain open communication with the marketing team to manage projects successfully, address requests, and streamline operations and delivery
  • Conduct post-project debriefs to review measures, document and implement new marketing strategies

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Type: Full-time, in-office
  • Target work week: 40 hours a week between 9 AM to 6 PM EST
  • Fluent in spoken and written Arabic
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or Communications
  • 3+ years of related experience in executing marketing plans and strategies
  • Project Management experience, agile is a plus
  • Proven track record of successfully driving sales through integrated marketing programs that align with brand initiatives
  • Proven experience in marketing and sales performance tracking and reporting
  • Strategic mindset and a good understanding of digital sales and e-commerce processes or digital marketing
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to build trusting relationships and credibility among internal teams and external partners
  • Eye for design, structure, and flow
  • Critical thinker and solution-oriented
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Strong interpersonal & communication skills, proactive and self-challenging. Experience in complex organization, multichannel/multicategories, on a global scale.
  • Fluent in MS Office, Facebook Business Suite, Google Workspace and Google Analytics

Salary Range
~8,400 Riyals per month
