About the Role
Kaymbu is seeking an experienced, inspired, self-driven Customer Success Associate interested in joining a thriving, fast-paced edtech startup for a part-time, temporary role during the summer months (July and August). This position presents an excellent opportunity for an educator seeking summer employment. We can offer flexibility in scheduling to accommodate the right candidate's needs, and our company is fully remote.

As a Customer Success Associate, you will work directly with teachers and school staff to ensure successful utilization of our software. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting issues, providing training and support, creating and maintaining resources for the Kaymbu community, and offering insights for product development. The role demands a blend of system expertise, project management skills, empathetic support, and technical proficiency to drive positive outcomes for our users and foster the growth of the Kaymbu software within the educational community.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional support to current Kaymbu users via phone and email.
  • Manage the onboarding process for new Kaymbu users, including account creation and training sessions.
  • Collaborate with current users to enhance their utilization of the system.
  • Work closely with the Business and Success teams on strategic initiatives to strengthen customer relationships and system engagement.

Desired Skills and Qualifications

  • Passion for delivering outstanding user experiences.
  • Ability to multitask effectively and follow through on projects.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Comfortable with phone conversations, webinars, and in-person interactions.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in education, operations, or IT support (preferred).
