Content Manager (B2B SaaS)

We're seeking a dynamic Content Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion to lead the development and execution of our content strategy, driving the creation of compelling, data-driven content that resonates with our target audience.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with Astra's business goals and target audience preferences.
• Create and optimize content across multiple channels, including blog posts, white papers, case studies, videos, webinars, and social media, to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, product, and design, to align content efforts with overall business objectives and initiatives.
• Leverage SEO best practices and content optimization techniques to maximize content visibility and reach.
• Track and analyzr content performance metrics and user engagement data to measure the effectiveness of our content operations
• Establishing content standards, guidelines, and quality assurance measures.

You’d be a great fit if you have:

• 5-7 years of experience in content marketing, preferably in the B2B SaaS or any related fields.
• Proven track record of leading and managing high-performing content teams, delivering impactful content strategies, and driving measurable results.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and empower team members to achieve their full potential.
• Strategic mindset, with the ability to think analytically and creatively to develop innovative content strategies that resonate with target audiences and drive engagement.
• Familiarity with industry-specific nuances and trends.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices, content optimization techniques, and content management systems (CMS) is a plus.
