Software Engineer, Data Platforms

We are seeking Software & Data Engineers who are passionate about marrying data with emerging technologies. You’ll have the opportunity to be on the forefront of building a modern enterprise data platform that powers over $60 billion in annual transaction volume for over 100 million active payment cards for one of the largest credit card issuers in the world.

Basic Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience of working with DataBricks, SnowFlake, or other data warehouse and data lake products and technologies Experience in migrating data warehouses including architecture, managing the migration, creating network diagrams, and hands-on coding Demonstrated competence in the Lakehouse architecture including hands-on experience with Apache Spark, Python and SQL.

Nice-to-haves (Qualifications)

Certification and/or demonstrated competence in the major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and Big Data technologies (eg Hadoop)
