ROLE PURPOSE:
Work with Akora as a dynamic professional in a multifaceted role. You will play a pivotal role in Accounting and Hospitality Operations. Reporting to the Managing Director, this role offers opportunities for growth and development, allowing you to become an integral part of our expanding business.
- Register and generate invoices.
- Perform accounts reconciliation.
- Prepare monthly financial reports.
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual financial settlements.
- Manage guest, purchase essentials, and coordinate with cleaners.
- Arrange maintenance schedules, including access for repairs and follow-up calls.
- Review supplier contracts and pricing periodically.
- Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of related experience in an accounting firm.
- Strong interest and ideally some experience in hospitality.
- Ability to work closely with colleagues
