Senior Game Developer

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of game projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including artists, designers, and producers to implement game features and mechanics.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior developers, fostering their growth and development within the team.
• Architect and implement efficient and maintainable code solutions, optimizing performance and scalability.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain code quality and consistency.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, continuously seeking opportunities for innovation and improvement.
• Take ownership of technical challenges and proactively identify solutions to overcome them.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. (Or equivalent experience)
• 3 years of professional experience in game development, with a strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in Unity and Unreal Engine.
• Extensive knowledge of C++ or C# programming languages, with the ability to write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Experience leading development teams and managing projects from conception to release.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for overcoming technical challenges.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
