Role Overview:

As a Product Marketing Manager, you are passionate about impacting customer acquisition through our company’s products. You bring analytics and user insights together to develop and optimize the acquisition and customer marketing strategy to drive revenue. You are passionate about finding a solution for our service professionals (our Pros) and build delightful, on-brand experiences. You are comfortable working cross-functionally (e.g., marketing, product, data analytics, customer success, fintech, sales, and operations) to perform customer research, develop strategy, collect requirements, and manage asset production. You feel at home when using data to make decisions, whether through analytics, user research, customer feedback, or sales team feedback.

What you do each day:

  • Impact velocity of customer acquisition by bringing new solutions, packages, and on-ramps to the HCP Platform to market
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives, and provide insights for continuous improvement
  • Assist in developing and executing solution and product growth strategies using customer, opportunity, revenue analysis, and compelling self-service upgrade paths
  • Partner with product, marketing and other cross functional teams to drive product marketing strategies
  • Contribute to ongoing customer framework foundations including platform and solution positioning by segment
  • Analyze performance, business data, and customer feedback to generate insights about adoption and usage rates
  • Create compelling product messaging and content for various marketing channels including website, collateral, presentations, and sales enablement materials

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in Product Marketing or related field
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, related field, or equivalent work experience; MBA is a plus.
  • Experience working in a B2B SaaS platform
  • Experience planning and executing integrated go-to-market campaigns across multiple marketing channels
  • Proven track record of collaborating cross-functionally to achieve shared acquisition, product, and solution KPIs
  • What will help you succeed in this role:

    • Strong copywriting skills with an ability to translate complex material into comprehensible insights

Location Dependent Information

This role is open to candidates and the expected salary range for this role is $100,000-$125,000. The specific salary for the successful candidate will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location. This role is also eligible to participate in Housecall Pro’s equity plan and the following benefits: health care insurance (medical, dental, vision, disability), employee assistance program, 401(K), flexible time off, paid parental leave, tech reimbursement, and other company benefits.
