We are looking for an exceptional Team lead/ Staff Software Engineer to join our growing team. You will play a critical role in driving the success of our engineering team. You will be responsible for leading a group of software engineers, providing technical guidance, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, extensive experience in software development using Ruby or Java, and a passion for building and scaling robust software systems.

Requirements

BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Excellent debugging, analytical, problem solving, and social skills.
Solid knowledge of object-oriented programming and design.
10+ years of experience in software development with expertise in either Ruby or Java.
Previous experience in managing a team.
Strong understanding of software development methodologies, tools, and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Demonstrated ability to mentor and motivate team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Passion for technology and a desire to stay updated on the latest industry trends and advancements.
