Sr Front-end Developer

Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Frontend Engineer to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in frontend development, with expertise in React, React Native, Redux (or similar state management library), and Tailwind CSS. The candidate should have a proven track record of building applications from scratch. While not mandatory, experience in working with early-stage startups and the ability to collaborate effectively with product, design, and business stakeholders would be advantageous.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain responsive and user-friendly web and mobile applications using React, React Native, Redux (or similar state management library), and Tailwind CSS.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Architect, design, and implement frontend features from conception to deployment.
• Write clean, modular, and well-documented code following best practices.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in frontend development and incorporate them into the development process when applicable.
• Mentor junior team members and actively participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and consistency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in frontend development.
• Proficiency in React, React Native, Redux (or similar state management library), and Tailwind CSS.
• Experience of building applications from scratch.
• Strong understanding of web and mobile development principles and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience working in early-stage startups is a plus.
• Experience with dockerizing applications and setting up CI/CD pipelines using GitHub actions & AWS is a plus.
