Job Overview

Conceptualizing, developing and maintaining graphical programming platform/interface/IDE for hardware interaction and communication across the Company's existing and future product range.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a graphical programming platform/interface/IDE (based on Scratch 3.0) allowing control, interaction, and communication across the product range of the Company.
• Develop UI for the platform/application using React and Angular JS on the front-end.
• Developing customized educational content delivery systems based on student's behavior and learning patterns using AI/ML tools.
• Develop an interface between embedded products and devices like smartphones/computers over USB, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, etc. on the back-end side.
• Make the application cloud compatible with user login, data publication, tutorials, etc. being major tasks for ensuring the same.
• Working with Product Developers, Application Developers, and the Business Development Team to draft and develop infrastructure and features of the application as per consumer needs.
• Leading the Software Development Team and ensuring timely delivery of designated responsibilities, decision making, etc. related to the platform.
• Plan, implement and release new features while ensuring proper performance and timely bug removal for the platform on a regular basis.
• Share your knowledge and best-practices via documentation and internal wiki.
• Undertake any other reasonable duties as may be required for the delivery of your responsibilities.

Required Skills

-Strong experience with JavaScript Frameworks (React), Node.js, etc.

• Experience with HTML5, CSS, MySQL, REST API, etc.
• Experience in working with cloud and IoT applications is preferred.
• Interest/Experience in ML and AI.
• Able to identify and resolve system deficiencies, propose, design and create solutions.
• Experience or interest in working with electronics and hardware.
• Expert in at least one Object Oriented or structured programming language.
• Understanding of and experience in dealing with the product development cycle, ranging from ideation to delivery.
• Understanding of technical and functional design requirements for software development.
• Passionate to work in a challenging and growth-driven entrepreneurial environment while stepping out of comfort zone to achieve desired goals.
• Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to develop effective working relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to set and adhere to strict deadlines and to manage competing priorities.
