Business Analyst

Position Description –

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a minimum of four years of relevant experience, preferably in a SaaS environment. As a Business Analyst at
Brave AI Lab, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and improving our business processes,
contributing to the success of our SaaS products.

Location: Andheri East, Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

Requirement Analysis:

● Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.

● Conduct thorough business process analysis to identify opportunities for enhancement
and efficiency.

Data Analysis:

● Utilize data analytics tools to extract meaningful insights and trends from large datasets.

● Translate complex data into clear and actionable recommendations for business
improvement.

SaaS Product Enhancement:

● Work closely with product managers and development teams to define and prioritize
features that align with business goals.

● Participate in the design and implementation of new features and functionalities in
collaboration with the development team.

User Story Development:

● Create detailed user stories and acceptance criteria for development teams, ensuring
alignment with business objectives.

● Maintain a backlog of prioritized user stories based on business value and strategic
goals.

Performance Monitoring:

● Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success and
effectiveness of SaaS products.

● Identify areas of improvement and recommend strategies for optimization.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, development,
marketing, and customer support, to ensure alignment and seamless execution of
business strategies.

Documentation:

● Document business processes, workflows, and system requirements to ensure clarity
and understanding across teams.

● Contribute to the creation of training materials and user documentation.

Qualifications required:

● Four or more years of experience in a Business Analyst role, particularly in a SaaS setting.

● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.

● Demonstrated expertise in analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to
detail.

● Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities for effective collaboration with diverse teams.

● Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, coupled with familiarity with Agile
methodologies and experience in utilizing project management tools.
