Who we're looking for:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in managing projects within a digital agency environment. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in both agile and traditional project management methodologies, with a strong understanding of the nuances of delivering projects in the GCC region. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards, while effectively managing stakeholders at all levels.

What you'll be doing:

  • Lead the end-to-end management of digital projects, from inception to delivery, ensuring alignment with client objectives, budget constraints, and quality standards.
  • Utilize both agile and traditional/iterative project management methodologies to adapt to project requirements and constraints.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including designers, developers, and analysts to drive project success and ensure seamless execution.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring accurate forecasting and resource allocation.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and communication effectively, providing regular updates on project progress, risks, and issues.
  • Implement best practices in revenue recognition and budget management, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and organizational policies.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues in a timely manner to minimize impact on project delivery.
  • Drive a customer-centric approach, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions that exceed client expectations.

What you'll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within a digital agency environment or a technology company.
  • Strong understanding of agile and traditional project management methodologies.
  • Experience working with clients in the financial and public sectors is highly desirable.
  • Certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) is preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in revenue recognition and budget management.
  • Proven ability to manage stakeholders of all levels, from executives to project team members.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • GCC experience is a plus, with a solid understanding of cultural and business dynamics in the region.
