Position: Intelligence Content Engineer
Location: Hybrid (Brooklyn, NY office and remote)
Payrate: $40-$48 per hour
Due Date: March 28, 2024
Hours: Monday-Friday, 9-5 (35 hours/week)

The Intelligence Content Engineer role at OTI Cyber Command is pivotal for managing cyber threat intelligence (CTI) products and content via the Finished Intelligence platform (FINTEL), ensuring confidentiality, integrity, and availability of data. The incumbent will oversee platform management, execute security controls, and liaise with internal/external stakeholders. This position, critical for FINTEL platform deployment, demands expertise in CMS, project management, RBAC, and data model strategy. Key responsibilities include platform administration, content management, quality assurance, and stakeholder engagement. Mandatory skills include a bachelor's degree, 4+ years of CMS and project management experience, RBAC familiarity, and strong problem-solving skills. Desirable skills encompass information security knowledge, software architecture understanding, TIP experience, and agile project management. Security clearance is preferred. This role demands innovation, collaboration, and exceptional communication skills.

Tasks:

  • Platform administration: Onboarding/offboarding users, providing training, managing access
  • Content management: Curating content, overseeing dissemination
  • Quality assurance: Final reviewer and releaser of intelligence content
  • Technology and process management: Overseeing intelligence production workflows
  • Liaison: Communicating technical issues with internal teams and vendors
  • Collaboration: Developing platform vision and roadmap with internal/external teams
  • Stakeholder engagement: Liaising with clients and vendors, managing product backlog
  • Training: Developing materials for internal/external customers

Skills/Experience:

  • Mandatory: Bachelor's degree, 4+ years CMS/project management experience, RBAC familiarity, strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Desirable: Information security knowledge, software architecture understanding, TIP experience, agile project management, security clearance (preferred)
