Senior Product Manager - FX & Treasury

Payments form the backbone of Aspire’s all-in-one system, powering products such as transfers, cards, invoicing, payables and moving more than USD 600m each month. As a Senior Product Manager in the FX & Treasury team, your objective will be to deliver a robust payments experience for Aspire where all transactions are handled accurately and seamlessly.

• Own the performance and long term strategy of the Aspire payments infrastructure
• Maintain and improve our integrations with strategic payment partners including Global banks and regional payment service providers
• Manage all lifecycle stages from ideation through sunset, and be responsible for ensuring that deliverables are understood, releases are delivered on time, and users are engaged
• Lead a team of engineers and designers to make key improvements to the product
• Work closely with stakeholders across business, marketing, sales, compliance, etc. to develop product strategies addressing the specific needs of each of Aspire's target markets

Minimum Qualifications:

• 5 years working experience as a Product Manager, preferably in Payments or Fintech
• Be very comfortable with API documentations.
• Demonstrated sharp problem-solving skills with strong attention to details
• Ability to drive negotiations with different stakeholders to make informed trade-offs
• Data-driven - has the ability to extract insights from raw data and communicate them clearly
• Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills

Preferred qualifications

• Have real-life experience launching payment products from zero to one.
• Familiar with data visualization tools (eg. Tableau, SQL)
• Previous experience in technical role is a bonus - eg. software developers, data analysts, etc
