As we expand our services, we are seeking experienced UGC creators with a portfolio in the hospitality industry to join our team.

Job Description:

Position Overview:

As a UGC Content Creator specializing in long-term stay properties, you will be responsible for producing high-quality visual and written content that showcases the unique features and amenities of our clients' properties. You will collaborate closely with property owners/managers to capture authentic and engaging content that resonates with potential guests.

Key Responsibilities:

1. On-Site Content Creation: Visit long-term stay properties (Airbnb rentals, hotels, vacation homes) to capture compelling visual content, including photos, videos, and written descriptions.

2. Portfolio Management: Maintain a portfolio of previous work showcasing your experience in creating UGC for the hospitality industry, specifically long-term stay properties.

3. Content Planning: Collaborate with property owners/managers to develop content plans and shot lists that align with their branding and marketing objectives.

4. Creative Direction: Provide creative direction and suggestions to enhance the visual appeal and storytelling of the content.

5. Quality Assurance: Ensure that all content produced meets quality standards, including clarity, composition, and accuracy.

6. Client Communication: Maintain clear and professional communication with clients throughout the content creation process, including scheduling, updates, and feedback.

7. Post-Production: Edit and enhance photos and videos as needed to optimize their visual impact and appeal.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a UGC content creator with a portfolio showcasing work in the hospitality industry, particularly with long-term stay properties (Airbnb rentals, hotels, vacation homes).
• Proficiency in photography, videography, and content writing.
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling and branding.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
• Flexibility to travel to various properties for on-site content creation.
• Proficiency in editing software/tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
