About Ping Identity:

At Ping Identity, we believe in making digital experiences both secure and seamless for all users, without compromise. We call this digital freedom. And it's not just something we provide our customers. It's something that inspires our company. People don't come here to join a culture that's built on digital freedom. They come to cultivate it.

Our intelligent, cloud identity platform lets people shop, work, bank, and interact wherever and however they want. Without friction. Without fear.

While protecting digital identities is at the core of our technology, protecting individual identities is at the core of our culture. We champion every identity. One of our core values, Respect Diversity, reminds us to celebrate differences so you are empowered to bring your authentic self to work.

We're headquartered in Denver, Colorado and we have offices and employees around the globe. We serve the largest, most demanding enterprises worldwide, including more than half of the Fortune 100. At Ping Identity, we're changing the way people and businesses think about cybersecurity, digital experiences, and identity and access management.

The public sector strives to secure access for its staff and deliver digital services for citizens, residents, and students at scale. The Solution Marketing Manager will develop messaging, positioning and a broad range of content for Ping’s identity and access management solutions, starting with a focus on the U.S. federal government market. These solutions help public sector and commercial enterprises deliver secure, seamless user experiences including registration, authentication, single sign-on, dynamic authorization, personalization, privacy management, and much more. We ask that you have a combination of technical/software knowledge to obtain a deep understanding of our solutions and products, combined with the messaging skills to communicate nuanced capabilities and benefits across various audiences and personas, beginning with federal agencies and their suppliers. As a key Product & Solutions Marketing team member, the Solution Marketing Manager will create sales and marketing assets to execute marketing campaigns in collaboration with Ping’s field marketing team and support product launches and sales/channel enablement for our U.S. public sector and global sales force. You will report to the Product & Solutions Marketing Director, Market Expansion. You Will:

  • Develop a wide range of product and solution marketing content and become an expert on the Ping Identity Platform and government identity, credential, and access management (ICAM) use cases.
  • Work with sales, product management, engineering and other teams to establish messaging, then communicate solutions, mission/business value, product features, capabilities and benefits through PowerPoint presentations, solution briefs, whitepapers, graphics/illustrations, videos, webinars, blog posts, and more.
  • Coordinate product and solution launches including market requirements/research, messaging and positioning, content creation, internal communications, website, email newsletter, analyst briefings, field/event marketing, and sales enablement.
Craft speaking abstracts, call for papers, and present at events and webinars as a spokesperson for our identity and access management products and solutions. You Have:
  • A strong history of content creation, including presentations, white papers, blogs, videos, product/solution collateral, and more.
  • Experience presenting to executives, sales teams, and others.
  • Experience creating effective PowerPoint presentations.
An interest in information technology and security.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field. You have an advantage if you have:
  • Experience marketing to U.S. federal government agencies.
  • An understanding of the FedRAMP program.
  • Experience with product and solutions marketing.
  • Technical experience with enterprise software.
  • Ability and willingness to accommodate up to 25% travel
