All our manufacturing and software development is in-house with a strong team of engineers across embedded, AI/ML, iOS and android mobile App development as well as full stack engineers.

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about marketing, possess excellent communication skills, and have a keen eye for detail. As a Marketing Associate, you will play a crucial role in various marketing initiatives, including social media management, content creation, and campaign execution. If you are a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys collaborating with cross-functional teams, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Social Media Management: Analyze the social media activity of competitors to identify trends and opportunities. Write compelling copy, create engaging graphics, and maintain the social media calendar to drive brand awareness and engagement.
  2. Product Catalog Management: Create and update product catalogs, ensuring accuracy of product details and images on the website.
  3. Case Studies: Conduct user interviews to understand how our products are utilized in various settings. Write informative case studies based on insights gathered and format the UI for external use.
  4. Newsletter Creation: Ideate and curate monthly newsletters, ensuring timely delivery to subscribers.
  5. Dashboard Tutorial Creation: Write scripts, screen record tutorial videos as per the script, and edit them to provide users with easy-to-follow guides.
  6. Product Videos (Resource Center):Develop scripts for product videos, oversee video production, and collaborate with editors to ensure high-quality content. Create captivating thumbnails for videos and manage the YouTube channel to enhance product visibility.
  7. Product Manual Development: Create comprehensive product manuals to provide users with clear instructions on product usage and maintenance.
  8. Blogs: Develop blog structures and coordinate with writers to produce engaging content. Provide feedback to writers to maintain consistency and quality across blog posts.
  9. Website Building Support: Provide necessary resources and support to the tech team for website updates and new website builds.
  10. Performance marketing: Manage social media presence, create engaging content, maintain product catalogs, develop tutorials and case studies, coordinate with creative teams for video production, support website updates, and implement performance marketing strategies to drive brand visibility and customer acquisition.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing roles, preferably in a technology or software environment.
  • Strong writing and editing skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and content creation platforms.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience with video editing software and graphic design tools is a plus.
  • A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and trends in digital marketing.
  • Proficiency in graphic design, video editing, and content writing, ensuring compelling visual and written communication across various marketing channels.
