Role Overview:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Prompt Engineer/Data Scientist to join our team and lead our efforts in enhancing our prompt generation framework. This role is pivotal in advancing our marketing automation capabilities, particularly in the realm of prompt engineering and data analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and refine a sophisticated framework for generating and fine-tuning prompts, ensuring the delivery of high-quality content for our marketing automation app.
• Navigate and manipulate our data architecture proficiently, with a strong command of SQL being essential.
• Design or clearly specify the necessary tooling to be developed by our backend team, enabling advanced prompt engineering and data analysis.
• Exhibit expertise in various AI models, including ChatGPT, DALL-E, Midjourney, LLaMA, and potentially other relevant technologies, to enhance and innovate our service offerings.
• Conduct rigorous testing and analysis to iteratively improve the prompt generation process, ensuring reproducible and scientifically sound results.
• Lead the initiative in prompt engineering, articulating strategies, and executing plans with precision and a focus on impactful outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in prompt engineering, data science, or a related field, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in AI-driven content generation.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with database management.
• Must-have experience with various AI models and technologies, such as ChatGPT, DALL-E, Midjourney, and open-source models like LLaMA.
• Strong analytical skills, capable of making data-driven decisions and adjustments to improve performance and effectiveness.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to formulate and convey clear, concise requirements and strategies.
• Leadership experience or demonstrable potential to guide projects and teams towards innovative solutions.

Desirable:

Knowledge of Clojure or willingness to engage with niche programming languages, considering potential backend integration tasks.
