As a Sr. Frontend Software Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development and enhancement of our newest product portfolio, 'Cuez,' catering to global clients in the television and entertainment industry. You'll collaborate closely with our talented team to design, develop, and optimize cutting-edge front-end solutions that set industry standards.

Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept It:

• Lead the development of our new online SaaS product, Cuez, and its add-ons, ensuring growth possibilities and scalability.
• Collaborate closely with team members from architecture definition to development, analyzing and implementing new features.
• Take ownership of our front-end application, ensuring quality and scalability through meticulous decision-making and contributions.
• Write automated tests and documentation to ensure comprehensive coverage and maintainability.
• Participate actively in peer code reviews to uphold team standards and promote knowledge sharing.
• Mentor and provide guidance to less experienced team members, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration.
• Continuously strive to enhance delivery quality and define code guidelines, staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices.
• Document technical designs, processes, and decisions to facilitate knowledge sharing and maintainability.

YOUR PROFILE

• 5+ years of experience building and maintaining large-scale modern web applications, with expertise in Vue.js (or React).
• Exceptional understanding and working knowledge of Vue.js, along with proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS (preferably SCSS).
• Experience with REST APIs and best practices, solid version control knowledge (e.g., Git), and familiarity with agile methodologies.
• Proven track record of writing automated tests (e.g., Cypress).
• Strong communication skills in English, both oral and written, with the ability to work effectively in a fully remote team environment.
• A team player with the ability to work independently, effectively communicate complex concepts, and proactively improve skills.

Bonus Points

• You're an active contributor to open-source projects.
• Affinity with media or broadcast productions.

Important: Time Zone Requirement
Applicants must be based in Belgium or elsewhere in Europe (from UTC−1 to UTC +3) to ensure necessary time zone overlap for effective collaboration and participation in hybrid work options and team meetups (up to 4 times per year).
