Global Accountant/Bookkeeper

Role Summary: Connatix seeks an accountant to support the Company’s Global Bookkeeping/Monthly Close/and Netsuite ERP data management needs.

Job Responsibilities

Accounting and Bookkeeping

• Identifying and recording monthly journal entries into our Netsuite accounting system as part of the financial close while adhering to the deadlines outlined in our monthly close calendar
• AP and AR knowledge (Vendor/ Customers Setups/ Uploads)
• US or UK Payroll (good to know, no a must have)
• Control over the Company’s bookkeeping, bank reconciliation, and alignment with Trial Balance
• Other finance and administrative assignments as needed.
• Team player, with excellent English language communication skills with the Finance team

Finance

• Ensure systems and controls are set up accurately within systems to ensure compliance with the legal guidelines;
• Performing flux analysis on the financials monthly to explain material movements in account balances and headcount with adequate commentary
• Prepare recurring and ad-hoc reports as needed by management and accounting/finance;
• Review, analyze, and verify financial reports for accuracy, and make necessary adjustments through established procedures;
• Helps in implementing a new international accounting system and for a period processing all the documents in two accounting tools.

We are looking for a person who:

• Nice to have an person that is an certified accountant ACCA ( Association of Chartered Certified Accountants);
• Has at least 2 years of working experience in Accounting and Finance, and experience in the IT Industry represents an advantage;
• Must have a minimum of 6 months working with Netsuite (ERP), Quickbooks and understand global consolidations.
• Has experience in preparing and providing required support for US GAAP and external audits
• Can demonstrate strong Excel skills using advanced functions such as VLOOKUP and pivot tables)
• Experience in working with distributed teams; Primary interface with the accounting team in Israel and the United States.

Speaks English at a very good level (a mandatory requirement);
