Position Overview

We are looking for a diligent Partner Marketer to drive meaningful value for customers and partners in an exciting, emerging space. This is an extremely impactful role where you'll work closely with the product and partner teams to understand how we create impact and deliver that to customers. You'll help drive product acquisition and adoption, orchestrate GTM motions, drive merchant engagement and grow value realized by customers in the retail universe. Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand product, partner and how we work together to generate wins for retail merchants.
  • Actively seek out opportunities to get in front of our partner’s customers through events, webinars and other modes of communications
  • Work with content marketing / create customer-friendly content that drives the best usage of products in winning ways.
  • Create engaging communication throughout the lifecycle of the customer to drive usage and value.

*Qualifications: *

  • Have 6+ years of experience in marketing with at least 2 years of partner/ecosystem marketing experience in the B2B Saas space. Brownie points if you have some e-commerce experience.
  • Have previous experience with PLG driven orgs. Not a deal-breaker though. Knowledge of PLG concepts would be nice to have.
  • Have worked on creating collateral for various stakeholders like external partners & agencies coupled with internal co-ordination with sales, support and success.
  • Have outstanding communication skills, both oral and written, and a natural ability to inspire and influence your co-workers

The Interview Process

We have a fairly extensive interview process for this role, so please be aware of the following:

  • An intro round - to get to know each other
  • A technical interview - to get to know your experience in-depth
  • Take-home assignment - Usually an assignment that showcases your thought process and problem-solving skills
  • Presentation of assignment to hiring panel - Walkthrough of the assignment towards the hiring panel
  • Panel 1-1s - To answer areas from the assignment and understand each stakeholder’s evaluation
  • Culture fit & comp round - Usually to understand the person and discuss numbers

We keep the rounds fast and communicative to wrap it up at the earliest.
