ABOUT THE ROLE

The Chief of Staff role at CHOOOSE functions as a direct extension of the CEO and senior leadership team, supporting operations across a growing, multi-geography organization and executing on special projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Act as a proxy for the CEO and senior leadership team, supporting or taking ownership of a diverse, changing set of activities.
• Lead special projects end-to-end with meticulous planning and execution; includes internal projects relating to operational process improvement, reviewing net new business opportunities, and vendor evaluation and management, among other areas.
• Support in defining, tracking and communicating organizational KPIs.
• Enable a highly communicative and transparent culture; examples include supporting internal wikis and facilitating cross-team knowledge sharing.

ABOUT YOU

• Atypically versatile and high agency. Thinks and acts like a CEO. Able to quickly dive into many roles and do them well.
• Demonstrated experience in high-impact, earlier-stage companies. Additionally, exceptional operational experience in consulting and/or finance is preferred.
• High endurance and ability to work inconsistent hours to support an organization and customer base operating across multiple geographies.
• No ego. Willingness to continuously evolve the role to best support the organization.
• Pacesetter; extremely steady and diligent.
• MBA preferred but not required.
• Ability to travel frequently and at times, on short notice.
• Superior verbal and written communication skills in English; Norwegian is a plus.
• Ideally lives in Oslo, Norway. Open to candidates elsewhere in CET timezone.
