We are seeking a Sr. Specialist, People Technology to join our team who isn’t afraid to challenge the status quo, drive efficiency and optimization within our People Tech stack, and manage complex projects across the finish line. You will be an advocate for delightful employee experiences and have the deep knowledge of Workday Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking, and Reporting required to bring them to life.

What You’ll Do

  • Work on Workday Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking and Advanced Reporting.
  • Maintain Workday payroll configurations and support.
  • Lead People Technology projects, including project planning, schedule development, configuration, testing, training, and change management.
  • Ensure global alignment across all functional areas for People Tech projects and enhancements
  • Challenge and redesign current processes and operating procedures to optimize and streamline for efficiency and automation.
  • Support People System upgrades and enhancements to include prioritization, functional design, documentation, testing, training, implementation, and support model design.
  • Ensure the integrity of People Systems, primarily but not limited to Workday.
  • Partner with the stakeholders to develop test strategies, test scenarios/scripts, and execute systems/E2E testing in preparation for user acceptance testing.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of previous People Tech/HRIS experience is required.
  • 5+ years of experience in Workday HCM implementations/ development, testing, configuration, deployment and support.
  • Must have Workday Payroll implementation experience.
  • Experience with full life cycle People Technology-related projects, including requirements gathering, design, execution, testing, and change management is a must.
  • Experience in Workday business process configuration, security configuration & design, and organizational setup.
  • Excellent written and verbal communicator with the ability to translate technical information into simple language and influence stakeholders and partners at all levels.
  • Technical Acumen working in a Corporate Technology environment.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience desired.

The US base salary range for this position is $140,000 to $180,000 + bonus + equity + benefits.
