SHARE Mobility’s Sales team is looking to drive new revenue through the growing number of companies who are turning to Employee Transportation Benefits to improve their recruiting and retention efforts.
As a Senior Account Executive at SHARE Mobility, you’ll work a combination of inbound driven leads from and source your own opportunities to help SHARE get employees to work, and help employers attract the best employees. This is a full sales cycle role; guiding potential customers through the SHARE sales process from discovery to close. As an early member of a growing team, hitting your goal will mean having a direct, measurable impact on the bottom line every month.
Key Responsibilities:
Work full sales cycle from from new lead to close
Demonstrate both product and service offerings, while building clear, distinct ROI’s for stakeholders across several business units
Work with other internal departments to ensure alignment between customer needs and internal development efforts
Serve as a thought leader for HR teams, working directly with local managers and corporate leadership teams to help educate them on the growing trend of transportation as a benefit for hourly employees
Work with Sales leadership to refine and improve our sales process
Some travel will be required
Key Qualifications:
4+ years of sales experience, start-up and SaaS experience preferred but not required
Experience selling to HR, specifically at a facility or location level is strongly preferred
Ability to thrive in a fast, very fluid work environment
Comfortable with popular sales tools like HubSpot CRM, Salesloft, and Uplead
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience with an multi-threaded sales cycle of 3-6 months and a 6-figure ACV
4-year College degree required
