We are over 550 professionals and currently looking for a Data Analyst.

*Your Responsibilities: *

• Data Analysis and Reporting: Employ SQL for sophisticated data querying, alongside aggregating and transforming data to uncover trends. Utilize Microsoft Power BI to develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights.
• Strategic Insights: Collaborate with various teams to gather requirements and deliver data analysis that supports strategic decision-making and operational improvements.
• Presentation and Visualization: Craft compelling visualizations and presentations that succinctly communicate data findings to both technical and non-technical audiences, ensuring insights are accessible and actionable.
• Data Quality Management: Guarantee the integrity and accuracy of data through rigorous validation and cleansing, upholding the highest standards of data quality.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Engage with departmental teams to foster a culture of data-driven decision-making and enhance the organization's data literacy.

Qualifications:

• Strong Analytical Skills: Exceptional capability in analyzing complex datasets, identifying patterns, and deriving strategic insights.
• SQL Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of SQL, demonstrated through experience with complex data querying and analysis.
• Microsoft Power BI Expertise: Proficient in Microsoft Power BI for creating dynamic reports and dashboards, with a strong understanding of data modeling and visualization best practices.
• Problem-Solving Ability: Adept at tackling complex data challenges with a structured and analytical approach to problem-solving.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining intricate data concepts in an easily understandable manner.
