We work all over the globe. From Belgium, Spain, Indonesia, Portugal, Nepal to Turkey. Joining our team means you can work from anywhere, yes, the beach is allowed. Just make sure you have a stable connection and all will be well

Even though we work remotely, we make sure to have good team dynamics. We catch up every Friday, have monthly (remote) lunches and organize all-together off-sites every quarter.
The role:
In this position, your responsibilities include establishing, nurturing, and maintaining influential relationships with your customers. This involves utilizing your expertise in customer success and showcasing a high level of proficiency in Willow product, social media trends, and best practices. Your focus will be on achieving positive business results for customers, taking ownership of exceptional user adoption, revenue retention, growth, and fostering customer advocacy. Throughout the customer's social maturity journey, you will guide them, refining, and re-validating plans to ensure they derive maximum value from the product suite, the partnership, and the use of social media as a channel.
What will you do:
Deliver value to a portfolio of up to 70-80 customers. You are their point of contact, coach and provide them social media advice. You'll inform them about new services we are rolling out.
Retain a book of business, manage the renewal process, identify and present expansion and upsell opportunities based on their evolving needs.
Provide regular updates on client health, renewal forecasts, and potential risks.
You help the product team bring Willow to the next level by providing valuable input and insights by translating customers' needs. And educate your clients with new features and drive adoption.
You have a positive attitude, high energy, learn quick, adaptable, multi-tasker and respond well under pressure!
Who do we look for / someone who...
Excellent knowledge of social media - relevant experience is a nice to have
Considerable experience of customer-facing/account management preferably in SaaS industry
Commercial mindset
Excellent spoken and written knowledge of English AND Dutch (must)
Positive attitude, tech-savvy, quick learner, adaptable, multi-tasker
