As we continue to celebrate our success across Raleigh-Durham, Charlotte, Nashville, and Tampa, we're embarking on an ambitious expansion to bring Offline to more cities. Our journey has been incredible, thanks to our passionate team and the vibrant communities we've become a part of. Now, we're looking for dynamic Social Media Marketers to join us as we grow. We'd like this position to start June 1st.

About Offline: Offline is a subscription-based platform that connects people with the best local restaurants and experiences in their city. Our mission? To inspire our members to explore their local community and discover new favorites, one meal at a time. We've seen remarkable success in our existing markets, thanks to our dedicated team and innovative approach. As we expand, we're excited to replicate this success and make an even bigger impact.

Why You're Needed: As we paint our map with more Offline cities, we're scouting for Social Media Marketers who are not just about the social game but are passionate storytellers ready to captivate and convert our online community into offline explorers. You'll be the maestro behind our social media symphony in your city, playing the tunes that get people moving, shaking, and dining out in the real world.

Your Mission, If You Choose to Embrace It: Your role is pivotal. Armed with Instagram and TikTok, you'll craft compelling narratives that not only grow our digital footprint but also inspire our followers to dive into the local scene. It's about creating content that resonates, engages, and ultimately encourages our community to explore the vibrant life beyond their screens.

Requirements

Content Creation: We’re looking for someone who is absolutely amazing at digital content creation, so experience in creating short-form videos, short-form copy, photos, and engaging stories is required.

Social Media Marketing: We want someone who isn't a stranger to data and using analytics to measure creative performance. You'll need to know the ins and outs of Instagram and TikTok and stay ahead of trends and algorithms with ease.

Content Management: We need someone who is detail-oriented and committed to maintaining the organization of your city's media library, content calendar, and timelines for new partner launches.

Communications: You'll need excellent communication skills to interview each restaurant—we're looking for someone who can get deeper than their "about us" page to create highly valuable and informative digital and written content.

Benefits

Your team: As the Social Media Marketer, you will be a part of the local Indianapolis Market team (made up of 2 Social Media Marketers and a remote Sales team responsible for landing the amazing restaurant partnerships we have) and the Social Media Marketing team (all SMM in different markets + VP of Marketing). You will have weekly meetings with both the social media marketing team and your RDU market team to track progress, address issues, and brainstorm creative ideas for growth.

Future Outlook: Offline’s vision in the next few years is to continue to scale to several more cities. As you master the Social Media Marketer role, there will be opportunities to help grow the Offline team and take on more leadership responsibility.

Compensation: Everyone at Offline is compensated through a competitive base salary plus a growth-based bonus structure. In addition:

  • You will have a $250/m expense account for food/drinks/entertainment to capture content and frequent complimentary food/drinks/experiences as Offline’s Social Media Marketer.
  • Offline offers healthcare, dental, vision, and 401k (4% match).

Hours and Location: Offline's HQ team is located in Raleigh-Durham, and we have markets in Raleigh-Durham, Charlotte, Nashville, and Tampa. Each market team operates on a hybrid work model, working remotely and running around town for shoots, member events, and meetings.
