Minimum Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in software development
• 1+ years of experience working on a statically typed codebase
• Have built, maintained, and extended at least one live product that had real usage
• Resourceful self-starter, self motivated and takes a high degree of ownership
• Passionate about financial technology, especially crypto and Web3
• Frequent user of DeFi and Web3 products
• Able to communicate clearly in spoken and written English
• Collaborative and teamwork oriented

Desirable Traits

• Experience in leading and growing engineering teams
• Experience in project management
• Experience with cloud based Devops
• Experience with AI driven software development
• Strong product and business thinking
• Bar raiser for technical design and code quality
• Experience at a startup or doing intrapreneurship at a larger company
• Experience building DeFi or Web3 products
• Experience building highly secure and robust web applications

Responsibilities

• Understand Stably’s products and business to help deliver software products and features that solve customer problems
• Evaluate, write, design, and test high-quality products or features that are maintainable, and scalable with reasonable cost/time tradeoffs
• Review, and critique architecture and code to raise the bar on code quality, security, and user experience
• Contribute to tooling, infrastructure, and documentation
• Understand user problems, become a product owner, and continuously raise the bar on product quality
• Stay up to date with new technologies, best practices, and Web3 industry developments
