Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Growth Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving the adoption of low-touch channels and optimizing our marketing strategies to accelerate growth and increase our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Channel Adoption and Optimization:
  • Lead the implementation and optimization of integrations with new platforms, such as HubSpot and Zapier.
  • Manage and optimize paid marketing spend, focusing on A/B testing, campaign optimization, and making data-driven decisions to maximize ROI.
  • Launch and run referral and affiliate marketing programs.
  • Metrics and Analysis:
  • Monitor and analyze key metrics, such as Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and Lifetime Value (LTV), to gauge marketing effectiveness.
  • Focus on measuring and optimizing the inbound developer funnel for conversion rate optimization, ensuring a smooth and efficient customer journey.
  • Strategic Growth Initiatives:
  • Develop and execute growth strategies tailored for B2B SaaS businesses with a focus on self-service, low-touch customer acquisitions.
  • Manage and allocate paid marketing budgets effectively, ensuring optimal use of resources for maximum impact.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of search engine optimization, implementing best practices to enhance organic reach and visibility.

About You:

  • You are data-driven and have a strong analytical mindset. You base your decisions and strategies on data and metrics, and you have experience with analytical tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Tableau/Looker.
  • You are not afraid to get your hands dirty and dive deep into the operational aspects of growth marketing.
  • You possess a creative outlook and are always willing to experiment with new tactics to drive revenue growth.
  • You excel in a collaborative environment and can work effectively with different teams to achieve common goals.
  • You are able to work independently, meet deadlines, and contribute effectively within a team.
  • You are located in the Seattle/Bellevue area and are able to commute to the office in Bellevue.
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Proven experience in growth marketing, specifically in B2B SaaS businesses, with at least five years of professional experience. Working with developer tools and APIs is also a big plus.
  • Demonstrated ability in managing paid marketing budgets and campaigns.
  • A strong track record in implementing and optimizing low-touch customer acquisition channels.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in SEO and digital marketing strategies, having worked closely with SEO tools like Ahrefs/Semrush.
