Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Product/Project Manager to lead the development and execution of groundbreaking software projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing projects from conception to completion, ensuring they meet quality, schedule, and budget goals. Your role will involve close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, QA analysts, and stakeholders, to deliver products that exceed expectations. Knowledge and experience with bubble.io is a must have skill.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional teams through the full project lifecycle, from ideation to launch and support.
- Define project scopes, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress, adjusting as necessary to meet changing needs and requirements.
- Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and scheduling, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project communications, keeping stakeholders informed of progress, risks, and changes.
- Conduct risk management to minimize project risks and develop contingency plans.
- Gather, analyze, and respond to feedback from customers, stakeholders, and team members to continuously improve product offerings.
- Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g., PMP) preferred.
- Proven working experience in project management, specifically in the software development industry.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC), methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall), and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
