Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Market Research and Analysis:

• Conduct comprehensive research and analysis of the AI industry in Africa, identifying market trends, competitive landscape, and investment opportunities.
• Evaluate the potential impact of Elloe AI's solutions in different sectors and assess the scalability and market demand for our offerings.
• Analyze financial data, including revenue projections, cost structures, and profitability, to provide insights on the investment potential of Elloe AI.

1. Investment Materials and Presentations:

• Collaborate with the leadership team to develop investment materials, including pitch decks, financial models, and investor presentations.
• Ensure that investment materials effectively communicate Elloe AI's value proposition, growth potential, and competitive advantage to potential investors.
• Conduct thorough due diligence and compile necessary information for investor inquiries, responding promptly and accurately to their queries.

1. Investor Engagement:

• Identify and engage with potential investors, including venture capital firms, angel investors, and strategic partners.
• Build and maintain relationships with investors, attending meetings, conferences, and networking events to showcase Elloe AI's investment opportunity.
• Coordinate investor due diligence processes, managing documentation, and facilitating communication between investors and relevant stakeholders.

1. Financial Analysis and Forecasting:

• Develop financial models and perform valuation analysis to support investment decision-making.
• Assist in preparing financial forecasts and projections, considering various scenarios and market dynamics.
• Continuously monitor and analyze financial performance, providing regular updates to investors on key metrics and milestones achieved.
