AR Analyst

AR Analyst Responsibilities:

• Conducts unapplied cash research by validating customer payment history
• Communicates effectively with customers (via email and phone) to achieve resolution of unapplied cash within service level agreement (SLA)
• Participation in discovery; and drive of the implementation, of solutions to limit or prevent future creation of unapplied cash memos
• Build and maintain relationships with both external customers and internal teams
• Execute special projects as assigned by leadership

Additional information from the manager:

• This position operates under a Hybrid work model - 3 days per week at home; 2 days per week in office. (Subject to change) Initial Training may be held in-office.

Salary: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
