Position Summary:

The Senior Designer will play a key role in the expansion and direction of over 50 e-commerce and wholesale brands and products. This role will develop concepts and creative ideas across multiple platforms and applications and will be hands-on in executing those ideas.

Working closely with the Head of Brand & Marketing Creative, this individual will bring a strategic mindset to approach every project with a robust design aesthetic and a keen sensibility for messaging and communication. In addition, the Design Lead will help direct and maintain the standards of creative excellence and timeliness of all projects.

The ideal candidate should have multifaceted agency or e-commerce experience with a diverse portfolio including consumer goods, retail, motion graphics, photo and video content, digital and print materials.

This candidate must also be a self-starter, well organized, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills in order to provide guidance and work with a global team of project managers, production designers, and copywriters. Working in an environment where priorities shift daily, this candidate must be able to adjust to changes regularly and must be willing to do what it takes to get the job done.

Your Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a strong creative and design benchmark
• Direct all phases of the creative process from concept through production
• Provide direction and oversee the development of projects assigned to global team members
• Develop creative solutions for brand systems & activations, e-commerce, photo & video direction, 360 marketing campaigns, and packaging, that forge strong emotional connections between brand, product, and consumer

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design
• 7+ years in agency or design studio. E-commerce experience is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask, managing multiple projects, brands, and initiatives with ease
• Organized, flexible, and able to pivot while under multiple deadlines
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced, highly iterative environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build good working relationships with global teammates and partners
• Self-starter that shows initiative and personal leadership
• Mastery of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Premier is a plus
• Must provide portfolio

Anticipated salary range: $83,200-$104,000 annual USD
