Graphic Designer (Motion Mandatory)

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visual concepts and assets to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, and captivate audiences. This role involves working on a variety of design projects, including but not limited to marketing collateral, social media graphics, web design elements, and branding materials.

Responsibilities:

Design Creation:

1. Develop visually engaging design concepts and assets for various mediums, including digital and print.
2. Produce high-quality graphics using design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Collaboration:

1. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product, and other stakeholders, to understand project requirements and objectives.
2. Work closely with other designers, copywriters, and marketing professionals to ensure cohesive and effective visual communication.

Brand Consistency:

1. Maintain and contribute to brand consistency across all design projects.
2. Adhere to brand guidelines and standards, ensuring a unified visual identity.

Project Management:

1. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality assets.
2. Keep stakeholders informed about project progress and seek feedback for continuous improvement.

Creative Input:

1. Contribute to brainstorming sessions and provide creative input for marketing and design strategies.
2. Stay updated on design trends and incorporate innovative ideas into design projects.

File Management:

Organize and maintain a comprehensive library of design assets and project files for easy retrieval and future reference.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects.
• Proficient in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite.
• Understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
