Your Opportunity

We seek an experienced and dynamic Senior Growth Marketing Expert (d/f/m) to spearhead our growth initiatives. As a market leader in the people enablement space, we are dedicated to innovation and excellence in the tech industry.

Your Responsibilities

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business is a plus.

  • At least 5 years of proven experience in hands-on growth marketing roles in a B2B SaaS company (startup experience is a plus).

  • In-depth knowledge of paid media channels, advertising platforms, and campaign optimization.

  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • Continuous hunger for learning and career development

Expected Compensation: $105,000 to $135,000 + Bonus + VSOP

For compensation, we set standard ranges for all roles based on function, level, and geographic location, benchmarked against similar-stage growth companies. We share base salary ranges on all US job advertisements to comply with local legislation and provide greater transparency to candidates. This role will be eligible for additional compensation through bonuses and stock options.

Multiple factors determine final offer amounts, including geographic location, candidate experience, and expertise.
