About Prelude
Prelude is a technology company that helps organizations proactively ask questions of their security systems to know if their defenses are protecting them from the latest threats. Built around the notion of visibility, our products conduct continuous probing that elicits answers to questions that range from basic health checks to vulnerability to latest threats - across production environments.

A successful candidate is passionate about customer experience and will become a Prelude subject matter expert, providing recommendations to the internal team for best commercial practices.
Job duties
- Work with customer engineering teams to deploy Prelude’s software in their environment
- Analyze technical/integration requirements and develop technical solutions for customer review and consideration, and once approved, integrate into the customer's infrastructure
- Address technical problems associated with Prelude software and provide support with direct reach back into the Prelude security and platform teams
- Support product implementation/operation and participate in hands-on implementation of Prelude endpoint products, as specified by our customers and partners
- Provide customer support, including planning, engineering, implementation, technical resource assessment, consultant task management, and training requirements
- Understand and administer the best application for deploying probes in customer's networks

- Experience working directly with customers or external stakeholders
Nice to Haves
- Prior work experience at a modern EDR/XDR/SIEM/SOAR technology company
- Experience presenting at conferences, meetups, and other public spaces
