Graphic/Motion Designer

Requirement

We are looking for a Graphic/Motion Designer who can create stunning graphics and animations for our products and marketing campaigns. You will be responsible for designing and producing engaging visuals, micro-interactions, and product illustrations that enhance the user experience and brand identity. You will also work closely with the Chief Design Officer (CDO) to ensure design alignment and consistency across all platforms and channels.

Responsibilities

Design and develop graphics and animations for platform web, mobile, social media, and other digital fronts using various tools and techniques.
Create micro-interactions and product illustrations that showcase the features and benefits of our products and services.
Collaborate with the Product Designers and the Marketing Managers to understand the design requirements and objectives, and deliver creative solutions that meet the user and business needs.
Ensure the design quality and performance by testing and optimizing the graphics and animations for different devices and browsers.
Maintain and update the design assets and guidelines, and ensure adherence to the brand standards and best practices.
Research and explore the latest graphic and motion design trends, techniques, and technologies, and apply them to your work.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia, or a related field.
2+ years of proven experience as a Graphic/Motion Designer or a similar role.
Portfolio of graphic and motion design projects that demonstrate your skills and creativity.
Proficiency in graphic and motion design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, or other relevant software.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, and attention to detail.
Passion for creating graphics and animations that are visually appealing, engaging, and user-friendly.
