Product Lead - FinTech

Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with the company’s vision in the digital asset space.
Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the fintech and digital asset sectors.
Product Development Oversight: Lead the product development process from concept to launch, ensuring that products meet market needs and are delivered on time and within budget.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, marketing, sales, and other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to product development and go-to-market strategies.
User Experience and Design: Focus on creating an exceptional user experience, prioritizing ease of use and customer engagement.
Feedback and Iteration: Implement processes to gather customer feedback, and use this data to iterate and improve the product continuously.
Competitive Analysis: Keep abreast of competitor products and industry trends to ensure our product remains innovative and competitive.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks in the product development process and create strategies to mitigate them.
Required Skills and Experience:

Proven experience in product management, preferably in fintech or a related field.
Strong understanding of digital assets, blockchain technology, and capital markets.
Experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving product development cycles.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Strong communication and leadership abilities, capable of motivating and guiding teams.
Agile and adaptable to rapidly changing environments in a startup setting.

A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
