The Role

Job Type: Fill-Time

On Target Earnings

Year 1: $40,000-80,000+

Year 2: $80,000-$100,000+

Typical day in the SDR position:

• Working full time in office alongside a group of passionate and energetic teammates with the possibility of a hybrid work environment.

• Sales Development and Account Management hybrid position.

• Inside sales including cold calling, emailing, appointment setting, follow ups, sending proposals, closing deals, and client account management.

• Identify leads, qualify prospective business, present to clients, track proposals, and create new sustainable business partnerships.

• Maintain and grow existing business opportunities.

• Operating Salesforce CRM to track and document sales activity and client’s opportunities.

• Communicating with clients on a weekly basis along with a monthly partner meeting to discuss upcoming leads, current opportunities, and tracking the stages of the sales process.

What we hope you bring to the position:

• 0-2+ years of professional experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields with a strong interest in impacting customer solutions.
• Previous IT sales experience / knowledge preffered

• Ability to follow directions, have good time management skills and be able to meet daily metrics.

• Ability to think on your feet in a conversation – ask and answer questions with ease.

• Highly organized and can easily adapt to change.

Compensation Plan:

Starting salary - $40,000 with the ability to increase to $50,000 with a full book of business (4 clients)

Commission:

10% commission on recurring revenue won ($100 - $5,000+ monthly recurring commissions per deal)

5% on one-time projects ($1,000 - $50,000+ one-time commissions)

Retention Bonus:

$500/month per flat rate client retained.
