Location: based in Cambridge - USA (covers globally)

Employment Type: 3-Month Internship (Hybrid)

Salary: Negotiable

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday

Introduction

RxAll is a leading global digital commerce infrastructure platform for healthcare enabling digital drug quality authentication, inventory management, payments, insurance reimbursements, decentralised tele-care and financing for independent pharmacies and related businesses. We have subsidiaries in Nigeria, Kenya, and Uganda.

As a forward-thinking startup committed to innovation and sustainability. As part of our strategic expansion into CleanTech, we are establishing a dedicated spinout focused on developing environmentally friendly solutions for our customers potentially servicing other external stakeholders. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief of Staff to join our leadership team and play a key role in shaping and executing the vision for this new CleanTech business.

About The Role

Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Planning and Execution:
    Collaborate closely with the CEO to refine and implement the strategic vision for the CleanTech spinout.
    Conduct market analysis and provide insights to shape the business strategy.
    Develop and execute initiatives that align with the company's long-term sustainability goals.

  2. Investor Relations and Fundraising:
    Lead the development of comprehensive investor materials, including pitch decks, financial models, and other relevant documents.
    Act as the primary point of contact for potential investors, managing relationships and communications.
    Coordinate and execute fundraising efforts, including roadshows, presentations, and investor meetings.

  3. Team Building and Leadership:
    Oversee the recruitment process for key leadership positions and team members within the CleanTech business.
    Collaborate with HR to build a high-performing and diverse team.
    Foster a positive and collaborative work culture focused on sustainability and innovation.

  4. Sales and Business Development:
    Develop and implement a sales strategy to drive revenue growth for the CleanTech spinout.
    Identify and pursue strategic partnerships to expand market reach.
    Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure effective go-to-market strategies.
    Find stakeholders internatioally and media partners to scale new technologies commercialised and media attention for our work globally.

  5. Operational Excellence:
    Work closely with department heads to establish and optimize operational processes within the CleanTech business.
    Monitor and report on key performance metrics to ensure the efficient operation of the business.
    Implement best practices to drive operational excellence and scalability.

  6. Environmental Impact and Sustainability:
    Drive initiatives to ensure that the CleanTech spinout aligns with the highest environmental and sustainability standards.
    Collaborate with experts in the field to incorporate the latest technologies and practices into the business.

Qualifications

  1. Proven experience in a Chief of Staff or similar leadership role, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment.
  2. Demonstrated experience in fundraising and investor relations, including successful completion of funding rounds.
  3. Strong understanding of the CleanTech sector and sustainable business practices.
  4. Exceptional leadership and team-building skills.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Track record of driving sales growth and business development.
  7. Bachelor’s degree in business, environmental science, engineering, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
